The easiest way to get an estimate is to click on the link at the bottom of the page and complete our online inventory form. When we receive your completed form we will be in touch with an estimate.
We usually can’t specify arrival times, however our friendly driver will call you when they are 30 minutes away from arrival.
As is the industry standard we are fully insured. While we pride ourselves on our low damage record, unfortunately accidents do happen. It is a common misconception that in the event of loss or damage your goods will be completely covered by our policies. There are circumstance where these policies will not respond. Therefore the Australian Furniture Removers Association urges customers to take out insurance that adequately covers their goods whilst in transit or storage.
The more organised yo are with boxes packed and stacked in one area, all small loose items packed into boxes, electronics disconnected, beds dismantled and everything ready to load straight into the truck, the more efficiently our team can work and reduce the time and therefore cost to you.
Access refers to stairs, steep driveways, unpaved areas around your home, inadequate parking for a truck, large distance from the truck to the house, overhanging trees on driveways, narrow door and passageways. All these things will take more time to move your items in and out of the house, so it slows down the process and it thus affects the price.
